Nothing quite like a fresh eclair filled with Bavarian Cream..we dip our eclairs in chocolate ganache or top the Cream Puffs with a light dusting of Confectioners Sugar..

 We can fill the eclairs with mousse if you like..Chocolate, Mocha, Cappuccino, White Chocolate, Raspberry, Orange, Lemon, Strawberry, Mango..

An assortment of Eclairs or Cream Puffs are $75.00 per tray.

We make Tea Sandwiches which are very nice for Baby Showers, Wedding Showers or any other special occassion that is less formal than a catered affair.  The Tea Sandwiches are made on our freshly made Pain de Mie which we make in Pullman Pans..covered pans which make perfectly square sandwiches.

 The Tea Sandwiches are $150.00 per tray and are cut into small squares served in paper cups.

 An assortment on this tray will include several whole sandwiches of each of the following kinds:

Turkey and Havarti Cheese on Honey Wheat or White with pear

Roast Beef on Honey Wheat with cheddar cheese and sauted onions, horseradish and herbed cheese

Chicken Salad on White with pecans and red onion with sliced cucumber

Ham and Swiss on Rye with thinly sliced Pippin Apple

Egg Salad with Watercress and cucumber on Honey Wheat Bread

We use unsalted butter on all the sandwiches instead of mayonnaise.  If you would prefer mayonaise you will have to specify.
